Houston Tower Resumes Normal Operations

As Tropical Depression Five has moved inland over southeast Louisiana from the Gulf of Mexico, the Houston Tower is no longer in Phase 1 and has resumed normal operations status.

The remnants of the depression will be moving farther inland today and additional development is not expected.
